All capitalised terms shall have the meaning specified in the Terms & Conditions. To the extent that any of the terms herein conflict with the Terms, the Terms shall prevail.

1.1 The type of information we collect can include, but is not limited to, your name, address, telephone numbers and email address (“Personal Information”). You warrant at all times that all Personal Information provided by you is true, accurate and complete.
1.4 The extent of your Personal Information collected by us is restricted to that which is necessary for you to access and use the Website, or where we are required by law to collect your Personal Information. This information is collected primarily for the purposes of providing services and products to our Users, advising our Users of our services and products, or changes to our services, and obtaining credit or purchase history information about our Users.

5. UP-DATING AND CHECKING ACCURACY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We rely primarily upon customers advising us when Personal Information changes.
