Sale of Goods Agreement
All payments must be made in AUD (Australian Dollars) by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or PayPal (unless otherwise specified by Beautiful Pages) prior to the shipment of Goods to you. Due to currency fluctuations and price increases by our suppliers, Beautiful Pages reserves the right at all times to alter our prices without notice.
Payments must be made by approved Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or PayPal. Beautiful Pages utilises the services of third parties to process payments (e.g. PayPal). You are responsible for making your own enquiries into and abiding by the terms and conditions of use of the relevant third party payment processing entity. All enquires or issues relating to payment processing must be directed to the relevant third party payment processing entity. In no event shall Beautiful Pages be responsible or liable for any payment processing issue or error. Beautiful Pages will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a User whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
Subject to this Sale of Goods Agreement and our Terms & Conditions, any payment you make to Beautiful Pages is non-refundable.
Beautiful Pages may elect to deliver Goods by installments and each installment shall be treated as a separate contract under these Terms. Any time or date for delivery given by Beautiful Pages is intended as an estimate only. Beautiful Pages is not responsible for the consequences of delay or non-delivery, however arising. If you cancel the order or orders as a result of delay in delivery outside the reasonable control of Beautiful Pages, Beautiful Pages reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the original invoice price.
If some or all of the Goods delivered to you are defective, Beautiful Pages shall use its best endeavours to replace the defective Goods within a period of 2 weeks from the date you notify us in writing of the defective Goods.
Beautiful Pages is currently delivering Australia-wide. International orders will commence in July 2018. Beautiful Pages use regular Australia Post for deliveries. We cannot make any guarantees on Australia Post's behalf. See below for approximate delivery times.
When placing orders on a business day before midday:
Sydney: 1-2 business days
Melbourne: 3-4 business days
Brisbane: 3-4 business days
Adelaide: 3-4 business days
Perth: up to 10 business days
Hobart: up to 10 business days

The following charges apply to products that are sold on the Beautiful Pages website and delivered Australia-wide. If you are an international customer and would like to enquire about delivery costs and times, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Australia-wide orders between $00.01 and $99.99 will be charged a $7.95 postage and handling fee. Orders of $100.00 or more receive free postage.
Title in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any plans, specifications and other information provided by you. Beautiful Pages is entitled to rely on them in relation to the supply of Goods to you. You agree to indemnify, and keep indemnified, Beautiful Pages against any loss or damage due to claims or proceedings against it by you or by any third party relating to Goods supplied to you or on your behalf in accordance with any plans, specifications and other information provided by you to Beautiful Pages.
Our liability for defective Goods, and loss caused by defective Goods, is limited to, at our discretion, a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the faulty Goods and/or materials. Except as provided in this clause, and subject to the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded, Beautiful Pages is not liable to you whether in contract, tort, (including negligence), strict liability or by virtue of the breach of any statutory duty or otherwise, for damages or any consequential loss however caused.
RETURN OF GOODS
Any disputes with regard to deliveries must be made at the time of receipt of that delivery.
To return Goods please contact the Beautiful Pages sales office by email to email@example.com and quote invoice number, date of invoice and reason for request to return Goods. If Goods are accepted for return, a "Returns Merchandise Authority" ("RMA") will be issued and you may then send the Goods together with a copy of the invoice and the RMA number to the Beautiful Pages warehouse manager (unless otherwise agreed with a representative of Beautiful Pages). Any request for return of Goods must be lodged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All claims for errors or short delivery must be made in writing and all Goods for credit must be returned, in each case quoting invoice numbers, within 24 hours.
All transport charges for return of Goods must be prepaid.
All Goods must be returned in the original packaging, be unused and in pristine condition suitable for resale.
Any returned Goods, which do not meet with the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted for credit by Beautiful Pages.
Claims for breakage during transit may be lodged within 24 hours of receipt of Goods only if the Goods were checked on arrival, and signed for as damaged, on the consignment note or Beautiful Pages delivery note. You must accept all liability for Goods once signed for "in good condition" on the courier consignment note (P.O.D document.), or on a Beautiful Pages Delivery Note.
